Compact filter valve control for 24 VDC valves. Adjustable pulse and interval times and control inputs, e.g. for our differential pressure controllers types DDD, DDU and DPQ and our differential pressure switch DW.

Examples: JET - Filter systems, where the filters are cleaned via air valves with compressed air pulses.

The filter cleaning can be started by switching the mains voltage ON-OFF or by an external contact at terminals 15 (START1) and 32 or 16 (START3) and 32, with PULSE 1 and INTERVAL 1 or PULSE 3 and INTERVAL 3 for the valves. The pulse and interval times can be set very precisely via the keyboard.

The START1 and START3 function can also be controlled with 24 VDC signals e.g. from a PLC or with our differential pressure controllers and differential pressure switches. A relay outputs can be used for various operating or fault signals.

TRANS-FILTER-SCANNER TFS-32 controlled cleaning process guarantees a longer service life for the filters and economical use of energy, saves compressed air for cleaning, ensures economical operation of the filter system and system units.
